Le Service de voiturier (ramassage et livraison) est gratuit pour les propriétaires Volkswagen. Ceux qui en bénéficieront le plus sont surtout les personnes âgées, les personnes immunodéficitaires, les travailleurs de la santé, les travailleurs essentiels (de première ligne) et les parents (célibataires) avec enfants à la maison.
Vos clients devraient ainsi demeurer protégés et mobiles, malgré la crise. Après tout, en ces temps incertains, la sécurité est notre priorité absolue pour remplir la promesse « Le client avant tout ».

Process example
Scheduling
The Valet (Pick-up and Drop-off) service is available to Volkswagen owners at an additional cost. Pricing $20 for 0-15 kilometers $30 for 16-30 kilometers
Pick-up
We will confirm the pickup window the morning of the appointment. The driver will contact you when they are leaving the dealership with an approximate ETA. The driver will contact you when they arrive.
Servicing
An advisor will contact you to confirm the work to be completed.
Delivery
An advisor will contact you to confirm the work has been completed, arrange for mobile payment, and confirm drop off window. The driver will contact you upon arriving at the drop off location and leave the keys as per your instruction.
